    Trinity Church Wall Street is an active Episcopal Parish that has been an integral part of New York City’s history for more than years. In , a small group of Anglicans (members of the Church of England) petitioned the Royal Governor Benjamin Fletcher of New York, then a mercantile colony, for a charter granting the church legal status. The station served the people of Dublin for over years until a new station was established on Townsend Street under the Hotel. Trinity City Hotel has preserved the original exterior of the station, including the watchtower, which has now been incorporated into the Hotel in our Tara Wing, where our Executive Guestrooms are now housed.
